Returns after delivery
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Preference-based returns are accepted only if the factory-sealed EdReal product box has not been opened and the product remains unused, complete, and in its original condition.
Opening the outer shipping carton solely to inspect the delivered order does not make the product ineligible, provided the sealed product box inside remains unopened.

Return shipping & refunds
Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and no restocking fee is charged. EdReal will issue the eligible refund to the original payment method within seven business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
Damaged, defective, incomplete, or wrong items
The unopened-box requirement does not apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered. In those situations, contact admin@edreal.org. EdReal will provide an appropriate replacement, prepaid return label, or refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
